A DTC report is required if the mounted rim results in a track widening of more than 2% of the axle.

A DTC report contains information such as the exact technical specifications of the wheel spacers, the maximum permissible widening per axle, the installation location, the required assembly instructions and information on the load capacity and stability of the wheel spacers.

It is important to know that the existence of a DTC report for wheel spacers in Switzerland does not mean a general approval for all vehicle types. The DTC report refers to a specific vehicle and must be complied with in accordance with the requirements and restrictions of the DTC report.
